after a search did not find nothing on the subject

my question is Saeco or RCBS has the most leverage to seize cast bullets?

I have both and will say that the RCBS has more leverage. However, the RCBS also has smaller lever arms and may not hold up to heavy sizing. If you really need to size more than a few thousandths I recommend a lee sizer first then one of the lube sizers you asked about.

I've never had a Saeco but I have had Lyman, RCBS and Star sizers. It seems like most sizers are intended to size the bullet .003 or less. If I size much more than that I fell like I'm stressing the machine. Especially with hard alloy. If you are sizing much more than that you may be better served with a die that works in a loading press.
