I'm looking for a bullet with a little more "ooooomph" to knock over those heavy rams at 200m. I'd like to try these in my .30-06 at arounnd 1,800 fps but cannot find any loading data for these. Anybody got any ideas?

got a 220gr mold recently which should be close data wise. 24gr 2400 measures 1820 for me. 36gr 3031 with .5gr dacron was 2000fps. 48.5 H4831 was 1960fps. 2400 and 4831 were the more accurate ones maybe because of speed but thats all I tried so far. I can refer you to a quickload chart I found for lyman 311284. castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?238132-M1-Garand-IMR-4350-H4831 this has most rifle powders locked at 2k for speed its the biggest set of data for heavy 30-06 ive found so far. since your using slightly heavier at a slightly lower speed the data should be close. and note there not tested loads and youd have to figure out if it should have a filler on your own.

I used to load a 245gr .310 Accurate Molds boolit in 30-06 with 35gr of H4895 for a measured 1,950fps.

Old thread alert! Stumbled upon this post and thought I'd add my .02cents. I shoot these Acme 245's from my 22" Rem 30-06 over 9.3 grains of Alliant Unique at 1050 fps. Really accurate and very, very quiet suppressed! Started at 7 grains with no case filler and saw 780 fps and worked up from there. No filler needed and have not seen any powder position sensitivity! Enjoy!
