Only print version is available and it would run $18...not going to pay that much for the few pages that interest me.

You might post over at Accurate Reloading in the custom rifle and big bore forums.
Shoemaker has posted there in the past. You might ask the high post regulars what his handle is. Then you could PM or email him.
