So as I read it, it is illegal to ship clean unprimed brass out of the states. So I pose the following questions.

question (1) is there a member who has the license required to ship out of the states to Canada that ships for members?

Question (2) is it ok going the other way Canada to the states?

Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to work out a trade for some brass

They are no federal regulation on shipping unprimed brass within the US. Even shipping primed brass is easy. No hazmat required. http://forum.accurateshooter.com/threads/mailing-shipping-primed-brass-the-regs-and-the-law.3812580/

The issue of shipping between the US and Canada is more complex.

Let the new trade agreement be ratified and things may change.
