Headstamp. ELD ?

At a small local gunshow today I picked up 1000 30/30s of mixed headstamp and have found about 20 with the ELD headstamp. I have never seen this headstamp before. Can anyone tell me anything about this make?

P.S.: Seems like no one around here wants 30/30 brass. Other calibers are going for 20 - 35 cents a piece for once fired. I paid $20.00 for the 1000 cleaned and polished.
I'm happy but also suprised at the lack of intrest for this great caliber.

ELD is for ElDorado. That was one of the product lines from PMC, the Korean ammo maker who has (had?) a plant outside of Boulder City, Nevada, about 10 miles south of the Dam. Their standard velocity .22LR was the best of the cheap ammo I ever used.
