just bought a Sako Brown bear in 450 rigby
would like to know who makes a bore quite for this rifle in that caliber

I'm guessing you meant bored sight. I have a BSA and it goes up to 50cal.

I looked and its a .458cal. (I didn't know the bored size is why i looked.) A guide for a 458 socom or a 45/70 should work. Brownells has them.

A great rifle and a great caliber!

Are you going to load any lighter bullets like 350-400? If so, what powder are you using?

Wow, that is one very fine rifle. The caliber sounds like it will be a thumper for sure. Any chance of seeing a picture?

Trail Boss,that sure is fast. I have loaded subsonic 45-70,300WM,308 etc with similar rate powders like VV N320.
