Noe 311-242-fn pb & 300blk

I really wanted the 311-206-RN for my 7.5” pistol I’m putting together but they didn’t have any of the PB in stock. For those that shoot the 242 in their 300blk shorties, what kind of velocities can I expect? I’m hoping for keeping them in that golden subsonic range of 1050fps. Other concerns are twist rate. I’m hoping to get 1:7 but will a 1:8 also work with these long boolits?

I am shooting an Accurate Molds 31-247 (which appears to have been replaced with a 31-250E) in a 10.5" 1:8 barrel. PC and sized to .3095". I started at about 1050 fps but ended up reducing that slightly to improve accuracy. I am not sure if I ran it across the chronograph again after adjusting the powder charge.
