Anyone on the forum still making a push through, custom diameter, sizing die?

I’m away from the lathe and need several different sizes badly.

Thx
Jim

Depending on what size you need NOE may have a bushing for it. It’s a one time investment for the die to hold the bushings. Which isn’t much to begin w/.

Doesn't Lee still make them? They are who I normally get my oddball size ones from.

For several different sizes I would think NOE would be the more cost effective option. The only real expense is the bushing holder die body, then bushings in different sizes are a relative bargain. Lee has them on the Lee Precision site. Titan Reloading (site sponsor link in ads at top of page) may be able to get the custom Lee sizers cheaper since Lee makes it a strong point to not underprice their vendors.

https://www.titanreloading.com/custom-lee-bullet-lube-and-sizing-kit Run $44
Where NOE first set is $40 for die body + $10 per bushing + $8 for push through rod so $58 for first set up. Only $76 for 2 sizes, $94 for 3 size bushings..... etc. Less if the same $8 push rod can cover more than one bushing you need.
http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/index.php?cPath=104 Need to click on a caliber to see the assortment of dies available for that caliber. For example clicking 30 caliber drills down to a page of many different diameters suitable for 30 caliber. From sub .300 to .316 body bushings. http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/index.php?cPath=104_396 All those dies use the same "30 caliber" push rod.

So NOE can save you some money on several bushings and one body, more in same size range means same push rod which also keeps cost down. So for example 30-30, 30-06, and 303 British might all be covered with one $8 push rod and 3 $10 bushings after the original $40 die body is purchased.

The Lee is nice because it is a complete set up in one size. Takes up more space on the bench or shelves but no bushing to swap, just grab your .309 or .311 or .315 as desired.
