This one is full pretty full. It smells fine. There is loading data on the back with the bullet weight info missing. I would use it for 30-06 if I knew what weight bullets the powder charge was for. Anyone have that information?

According to: https://forum.cartridgecollectors.org/t/u-s-national-match-powders/15684/10 this powder was introduced in 1914! I believe "IMR" is now the company that took over. Key to finding load data is to find its equivalency.

I think if you post this question here>>>>http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?83580-Powder-Cross-Reference/page3

You'll probably get a concrete answer.

I have a can of #15 with an intact label. The "proper" charges are:
150 gr. 50 gr. powder
180 gr. 47.6 gr.
150 gr. 54 gr. (2925 fps)
180 gr. 51.5 gr. (2,700 fps) These velocities are also in the label's charge data
