On Saturday, 8 Sept, I ordered a custom 45-70 mould from Tom Ellis @ Accurate Molds

This afternoon, Wednesday 12 Sept, I was casting perfect-diameter/419gr/30-to-1 bullets from it.

I too just had a mold delivered in under 2 weeks! It was a 4-cavity mold with two different boolit designs. Tom and the gang are top notch in my book!!!

I ordered a 30 cal mold from him with a custom size OD on Sept 01 and had it in hand on Sept 12.
Very nice mold and it cast GREAT.

Looking for a very specific soft-alloy**/plain-base/standard-lube capability in both base, nose, and grease-groove design for Ram Bashing* I wrote Tom Ellis on Monday/24 Sept to ask if he could make a combined-spec 45 caliber rifle mould:

On Tuesday noon, 25 Sept, he wrote back to say "#46-390H is now in the catalog."
I ordered it that afternoon.

This Monday 1 Oct, it arrived in the mail and I began casting

How are his prices compared to other custom mould makers?

I have a mould that makes 2 43-240A and 2 43-240AG. Those boolits shoot great and run perfectly through my wheel gun and my lever rifle.
I would recommend Accurate and in 44 cal the 43-240A/G is an incredible mould.

I have 3 of his molds. I think he does real good work. From an old tool & die maker, that's a mouthful.
