I never will! I just got back from taking two correctly folded American flags in to my local VFW, they refused to accept them, told me to take them to the American Legion in town which I did. This must be something new as I've taken them to this VFW for over a decade, I didn't mind the drive to make sure they will be taken care of with the respect they deserve.

And the ANGUISH and DISTRUST that so many volunteers and citizens felt during the months that followed.
AMERICA has been violated in its heartland not once, but thrice in a day.
Remember that before the third plane could deliver its evil plot. the AMERICAN MILITIA took over and prevailed with nothing but pure grit and determination.

Go Bless all who perished, and all who remember.

AMEN

Seems like it was just last year.
Can't believe it's been 17 years ago.
I'm guessing lots of people have forgotten all about it.
Just like WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam.

Not everyone! My daughter is in basic at Fort Sill right now. Her platoon just posted a picture of them in full gear for a ruck march. The caption said " We were babies during 9/11 but we're not babies anymore!"
