#1 Base is marked MVA 85 with 2 short screws. I believe it is a mid-range as vernier scale goes up to 175. It is NOT a Soule.
#2 Unkown make. It came off of a C. Sharps M75 Sharps rifle. The base has hole spacing of 1 1/2". 2 short screws included. I believe it is a long range as it is taller than #1. It is not a Soule but does have a small amount of windage adjustment.226924226925 L is #2 R is #1
