Looks like this dog will hunt. Tried an expansion test on my plinking load...wow.
Lee .309-155 2r quenched coww...over h110 moving at 1900 ish fps (1890 and 1927 over the Chrono)
Didn't know what to expect from expansion with the small metplat. Was pleasantly surprised. Shot into water filled milk jugs...should see 16-18 inches or more of penetration on deer (which would most likely be a complete pass through)
