I paid for an aluminum .410 2 1/2 & 3" reloading ser through pay-pal on May 29th. Subsiquently i have called their number listed on the web site to inquire about an upgrade to stainless steel and to purchase a brass .410 reloading set. No response. It is now Aug. 2. Have any of the members dept with them? And what has been your experience?

I purchased 2.5 set in 2013ish timeframe. The transaction was ok by my recollection.
The product results are meh... I only use it to load #4 bird for my Bond derringer. I use a MEC spindex crimp starter and also put a cardboard disk over the shot. In the end it’s not as professional looking shell like the 20&12Gs I produced but the #4 will really bust a snake at 10’.

If they're taking that long and there has been no response to your calls, I'd have PayPal reverse the transaction and get you your money back.
