This was custom made from American Bison hide. It's 7 X 8 inch with a 2 inch gusset. This high quality bag has a leather knife sheath for a patch knife. On the shoulder strap is a leather sheath for keeping a short starter. There is a small inside pocket also. This bag is handstitched with "BRAIDED" sim sinew. That's three times the thickness of normal sinew.The shoulder straps are 1 -3/4 inch and are long enough to wear over a winter coat. The closure is an elk antler button and a leather loop. Both the sheath and the sleeve have leather thong keepers. The straps are connected to the bag with 2 inch solid brass rings. They are "RIVETED" on for strength. The strap has a full size antique looking buckle.
