30 cal wrinkles went away

I took you guys advice and cleaned my mold with carb cleaner and then boiled it with Dawn dishwashing detergent. The wrinkles disappeared. I cast a whole batch of excellent 30 ca. boolits today and only had to cull about 10 out of the whole pot of ww's.

As you've discovered, if there is a " micro spec" of oil in your mold, you'll get those improperly filled out bullets.

Sounds like you did a good job cleaning. Very Impt ! !
