The Captain used to do this but some of her sources dried up now she is way back ordered.
Best thing is to watch the WTS in swapping and selling.
Or you could buy from roto metals a sponsor (see the top of the page) With roto metals you know exactly what your getting.

I see ads frequently for stick-on wheel weight metal. This is not pure lead, but it is very soft, and would probably suit your needs. Just check the Swappin & Sellin forum frequently; you'll find some.

A member by the user name jetsfan-24 always treated me well. I usually bought range lead or wheel weights, so I'm not sure if Ron sells soft lead or not. Might try to PM him, he's a good guy to deal with.

Too bad you do not live in a red state. Here, pure Pb sheets are everywhere in the scrap yards that sell to the public. Liberal green loonies have not struck yet!
