WTB-1911 for build

Hey All, i am looking to buy a 1911 frame and slide to build up as a stock gun. I would be interested in bare frame and slide or an older "parts" gun with no or minor alterations to those parts. Got one you don't plan on using any more? Broken rear sight, no problem. Like most of us, I am trying to build on a budget..... I would prefer a mil spec unit. Caspian frame brand new for $125.00 the last one I bought. Get it straight from them. they are very good people and don't mind talking to you. The have slides also. Check out their website.

Caspian is a great source for frame and slides. I have bought several from them over the years. Great people.

It's worth the money to have them fit the frame to a slide you buy from them also, it will save a bunch of time and you'll be happier with your build. Their frames also sell through their blem outlet foster industries. I'd get every part that I could from them because of the high quality.
