I bought 1,000 old Winchester primers in the 1970s and I'm wondering if they have any collector value before I use the remainder up. The box is primarily yellow and is marked Staynless primers no. six and a half - 116. The package is paper but the tray is wood. They are small rifle primers. They were old when I bought them at an old hardware store.
Any ideas?

They are worth about 3 cents apiece. Use them.

I have an informal collection of primers and primer boxes, etc. I would be interested in buying those if you want to sell them.
BTW, this is my first post. I have browsed off and on for awhile. I got out of casting boolits many years ago, but am considering starting again. There is a lot of knowledge and information here.
