That would not be a bad choice for you. If you did not want to wet tumble it will also dry tumble.

I've had the Rebel 17 for a couple of years now and will not be going back to anything less.

couple of thoughts:

get an extra belt--my first one broke and I got two. Now I remove the belt after each use and still have the spare unused. Texas summers in the garage get a mite warm

I took one of those little Radio Shack (yes, I know they're gone) fans and fab-ed a holder so it will blow on the motor as it runs. Again helps in our heat. Used magnets to hold it in place so it can move and be adjusted as needed.

Final point: I went to SS chips instead of pins. Cuts time in half for me. https://www.facebook.com/southernshinetumblers/ You have to post on website and they'll message you back but for me it was worth it.

mine came with water soluble oil or something and you have to run it through once or twice without brass to remove this

use any Wash and Wax at wally world and the shine will not tarnish in a few days. I have some that is 3 years old and while it has darkened a bit is still shiny.

as always my only involvement is as a happy customer of both of these vendors

I have their 45lb tumbler, and it is the bomb!

Going to order a 17lb drum for smaller batches and let the FART go to someone just starting out.
