Lee 356-153-2r?

I forgot I had this mould and looking for any info on it. I can't find any. I'd like to try it in my 9mm STI Trojan and a S&W 3566 Limited (9x19 barrel on it). It sure looks like it was made for 9mm.. Anyone comments from first hand experience appreciated.

I got excellent accuracy with it in my Hipower with max loads of Longshot, 2.5" groups @25 yds and a bit over 1000fps. WSF also worked well in the 900fps range. For a heavy bullet in the 9MM I liked it better than the Lyman or RCBS designs. Shot a 39X40 in 100 yd silhouette with it in my Rossi single shot .357 rifle. I thought it was a good 9mm design, I don't know why Lee discontinued it.

So that's the designation for that mold. I have a 6 cavity version of that one and never knew what it was called since mine is unmarked.
I generally shoot it with 5.5 grains of AA7. I have never chronographed it. It shoots well and is accurate.
Mine drops large enough to use in 38 special and works fine there too.

I have still can't find much of anything on this mould. Looking for an idea of where to start on loads. Have a ton of blue dot I can play with.

I would try starting just below the starting load for a 147 grain boolit and see how that worked. When I used AA7 with that boolit, I used the starting charge for a 147 grain boolit and it worked fine.
I load that boolit to a OAL of 1.150.
