does anyone know if the Lyman 4 cavity handles will fit the 4 cavity H&G mold ? shotman

Well, I thought this would be an easy one to answer. Turns out my "storage" of moulds and handles is so disorganized right now that I can't tell which is the H&G handles, the new Lyman handles, or the SAECO handles.

I guess you'll just have to try what you have on what you want to fit.

I'm still hoping Red River Rick will come up with a solution to our 4 C problems with some of his Superb custom work. I just hope his health allows him to continue.:drinks:

well i have the H&G blocks but dont have any 4 cav in anything else guess i will buy a Lyman and try it shotman/rick

Can ya give a set of measurements so we can try to help supply other info?

I've seen Lee 6-cavity handles fit many other brand of moulds.

The dimensions needed are:
Slot width,
Slot depth,
Bolt diameter (the bolt that holds the handles to the mould)
Width of mould - inside the slot. That is the center unslotted portion.
Distance from back of mould to bolt center.

With Lee 6-cav handles being well under $20 shipped, I would certainly investigate that possibility.
