Not your usual thing here like molds and tools - a WHOLE real honest to goodness gun store is for sale, lock, stock, and barrel. Anyone who would like to move to a real small town and run a gun store situated right where the Rocky Mountains and the Southwest Deserts meet, this is the place. NewMexico currently has among the most reasonable gun laws in the United States. You walk into the store, do an instant background check, pay your money, and walk out with your gun - no waiting periods or other harrassment.

The Tularosa Trading Post is located at La Luz, New Mexico, near Alamogordo/White Sands military base complex of Holloman Air Force Base. The store has frontage right on U.S. Highway 54/70, the major highways running from El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico on the south to Carisozo and Ruidoso/Roswell on the north. The store draws customers from visitors and tourists going to White Sands National Monument and the Inn of the Gods casino at Ruidoso on the Apache Reservation as well as the military personnel stationed at Holloman Air Force Base and the German Luftwaffe wing stationed at Holloman.

The store is owned and operated by a disabled vet retired from the U.S. Air Force and is being sold because of health problems related to his military service. For more info please contact

If I didn't have so much here to tie me down, I would jump on that in a heart beat. I am young enough and have enough gun shop exp to actually enjoy something like that. Oh well, maybe for my retirement.

Best wishes from the Boer Ranch,

Joe

Been there, John. When it's your business, you no longer have a hobby....

Used to think I'd never get tired of hunting........Until I tried doing it for a living for a while.

Hey Sav300

Good to here from you. Don't Joke about things like that my friend, as I may surprise you and take you up on something like that if you catch me in the right mood. IF I could sell my other house (in this economy... Yeah right) I would consider it even more, so just be careful what you ask for. [smilie=1:
