Happy New Year.
Picked up a .458 Socom upper and will be casting for it. Thinking 300 to 350gr something that feeds well gas checked and powder coated.
I have watched you tube videos to the point of confusion. One fella casting. 457 saying they will grow To .458 in a week or so.
I am just looking to follow someone that has been down this road. Mold that I can gas check a top punch for my Lyman 450. Really just want to get set up the first shopping trip.
The casting adding gas checks shake and bake and reloading no problem.
I really want to shoot this but it turns my stomach thinking $2.50/$3.00 a pull of the trigger.
So any help would be good.
