38/45 barrel for 1911

Appears to be a 38/45 barrel. Chamber portion of barrel is marked Colt 45 auto. The 5 1/4 inch barrel is 38 caliber. Chamber appears to be 38/45. Barrel includes link and pin as well as barrel bushing. $50 shipped.

A bit late but is that barrel all that is needed to convert a .45acp 1911 to .38/45? Ifso put me next in line behind No.1, guess I no.2
