Lyman m die expandeer plug

My expander plugs keep coming loose on my Lyman m dies after a bunch of cases. I was wondering if a small lock washer or blue lock tite would be the answer to my problem.Help please.

Both methods work fine. With the washer just make sure the plug tightens flat against the washer/stem and concentric with the stem (not crooked basically).

Don't have that problem with my RCBS expander dies.
