And how was the accuracy?

I suck with handguns and do not have a vice, I shot from a rest and got 2-3" groups (normal for me)

Thanks for this information. I've spent a few hours trying to find cast 150gr load data for .357 Magnum. Also got a TL356-124-TC enroute. So you saved me even more time with 9mm Titegroup data. Safe shooting...

If you have not. Please check your 9mm bores for leading. I had a lot of leading with T.G in 9mm and .380. Shooting Hi-tek coated. Strange thing it didn't lead up my 357 and 38 specials.

I have had very consistent velocities with titegroup and mild cast loads. It does seem to make the gun warmer, even a rifle. I don't like the powder that much so I have not used it for an everyday load but my limited bench shooting indicates the accuracy potential is there. Seemed to work well in 30-30 mild loads also.

TG burns very hot, best for jacketed loads...

2-3" groups at 25 yards is excellent in a 9mm.

I've been using the 356-124 in front of 3.8 gr Titegroup in 9mm almost exclusively for the last couple years. Several thousand rounds through a couple SIGs and a Ruger. I PC with Smokes and have never noticed leading issues with any of the guns. I was using Unique but found TG left the guns a little cleaner and performed just as accurately for me. If I can bust clay pigeons consistently at 25 yds off a rest I consider the load more capable than me.

I have never bothered trying TG in the 44. Interesting though, the velocity noted here for 8.5 gr TG is essentially the same as 8.5 gr of Unique. It seems to me I was using about 30% more Unique than TG to get similar velocities in the 9mm. Can I ask the length of the 44 barrel? It would make sense to me if this was a 7-8" barrel. I'd be back to scratching my head if it was with a 5".

Thanks for posting your results.
