I posted a new thread this morning about an auction I attended this weekend. I didn't see any comments on it so I went back and found it. I noticed it was locked. I was wondering of it was something that I did? After all this is the first time I started a thread that on purpose and was just wondering if I accidentally did something wrong, if so what did I do?

When I went to view it it didn't show as locked. There are no responses on yet though.

when you start a thread or post in a thread it "looks" a lot like a locked thread, the emblems both have a kinked arrow.

Rob,
I'm not sure what you "noticed" to think that is was "Locked".
But when a Moderator Closes a thread, there will be a small banner at the top or bottom that says "Closed thread". The software doesn't use the word Lock or Locked ...but "Closed" is essentially the same thing.
