Why can't I post in swapping and selling anymore?

Last two times I tried, got a message mod had ok my post first. Did I get in trouble?

I am not trying to sale just buy.

Guess you didn't read the Swap And Sell rules.

30/30 - must have 30 posts and must be a member for 30 days in order to list in S&S

You have been here more then 30 days but only have 9 posts.

Please keep in mind that if you just post garbage posts to get to 30 just to sell you may get blocked from S&S.

Just reread your question.
Normally you can reply to listings in S&S without meeting the 30/30 rule.
If you do nothing but buy without posting you can also get blocked.

Well go make some posts (useful) and request that you be unlocked.
Just keep in mind about what I said.

Swap and Sell is for active members. Not members that are here just to buy or just to sell (VS withstanding)
