I live 6 miles from my PO. My new Rural Carrier is not far behind me in her race to retirement. I have told our Post Master that I am willing to pick up heavy packages. We have a U shaped drive and the Carrier could park within 15-20 feet of my back door. One complicating factor for them is that they are graded on prompt delivery of Priority packages.
