PVC Target stand

Does anyone remember an article in a monthly gun magazine within a year or so that showed how to build a target stand with PVC Pipe? I got the supplies, then lost my plan that I had photocopied. I am sure that I have the magazine, just can't remember which one, like mag/month/year. Or if someone would be gracious and scan it & email it to me.
