WTS: Savage 340 30/30

I have an early Savage 340 I picked up about 18 months ago in a lot buy and probably won't do anything with it. It is not drilled and tapped on the side for a scope base. It has a vintage receiver sight on it. PO hogged out the grip area of the stock (he did this on all his guns??). I cleaned it up and put a couple of coats of truoil on the stock. Actually feels OK and is plenty strong for a 30/30. Metal as expected shows age and wear. Original mag had been gone after with a pair of pliars so I bought a new one from Brownells. both are included. I shot the rifle for function and it functions fine. Bore could probably use a good cleaning.

I would like $275 shipped to the lower 47 (sorry AK, HI and CA). Must ship to an FFL and I am not an FFL holder so your guy must take shipments from a private citizen. Know your local laws. Postal Money Order please. Thanks for looking!

Depending on where you live, there's really not too much difference between $275 shipped and $225 Plus shipping. I'm in South Florida, so everywhere is far away.
