I just bought a lee .358 140gr swc mold I casted up 350 of them tonight and plan on trying to get a few loaded up this weekend . I don't plan on powder coating this bullet I'm just gonna tumble lube with 45 45 10 . anyone have any load data for this bullet? i usually load my 357s with unique or pb but i have plenty of others on hand . 6 gr of unique seems to be pretty much a universal 357 load for me with 105 and 158 swc bullets . any input for 357 and or 38 spl loads with this bullet ?

Nice bullet, one of my favorites. I've had good luck with Win 231 and TiteGroup. I just bought some Unique, but haven't had the chance to try it yet. I've found a good load for the wife using 231, highly accurate with mild recoil. Load data is out there, but I never share mine in a public forum. Enjoy your new bullets.

In 38 Special I use 3.6 grains of 700x or 4.0 grains of titegroup with the Lee 358-140 swc (tumble lubed in BLL)-- both run about 850 fps. YMMV

Any load data for 150-160 grain boolits will be safe with the Lee 140 swc.
