Just saw on the news that Tom Petty passed away.
I noticed that more and more of the entertainers, and others I know of, and grew up with, are dying.
Kind of makes me take a notice of how old I'm getting.

Indeed. My favorite actors and musicians are fading away and getting scarce.

Yeah, a lot of entertainers a little older or a little younger than myself have passed in the last couple of years. Even the clean ones lead a hard life. Petty was a huge influence or contributor for the generation of many here. Every time one passes I feel a little more mortal. A friend from high school was found dead at home last weekend, not 65 yet.
