Good morning from the great state of Arizona!

Can't seem to bring up Ben Avery's website using three different browsers. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't shot anything in my collection in over a year....been building a business and am on the verge of hiring. But, this morning it's 67f and flippin' beautiful.....gotta run the Smiths- 625, 610, 629 and the other sundry J-frames. Does anyone know if Ben Avery has a bullseye/plates/silhouette group for pistol shooters?

Thankya...an' sorry for not being around the last 3 years...

I thought Ben Avery was a shot gun range.
at least that is the only way I have seen it referred to.

Rio Salado Sportsman's Club is another possibility, may be a bit closer to you depending where in Scottsdale.

Not really Ben Avery and Rio about a push for most of Scottsdale residents, depending upon traffic situation.

FYI - Scottsdale Gun club for indoore pistol shooting (Summer fun) and Caswells is planning a range up by Mayo I heard - probably a year or two out.

If your wife wants to shoot I think you can get her in free at one of them every weekday/night - There are also womens groups at most of the ranges.

Last time I was at Ben Avery, I was shooting in a 1000yd match with a Sharps rifle in .45-90...

Ben Avery is a Shooting Facility with ranges for everything, even a cowboy arena. The main range is over 60 benches and there's usually something interesting to see.

Scottsdale Gun Club is a class act but it's indoors and it's hard to beat shooting outside for $7/day. Unless it's 110 degrees then that Air Conditioned Scottsdale Gun Club is nice.

Good to hear you're back, BLT. We'll have to go shooting, my next trip to AZ.
