I have been disappointed with Lee's quality control of late and I was wondering if anyone else makes press mounted sizing dies with hopefully better quality control? Any input would be appreciated, I am getting ready to go down the rabbit hole of powder coated bullets in 223.

I second the NOE. After buying the holders, the different sizers are a fraction of the cost.

I just ordered 8 of them from NOE 2 days ago.

NOE does make nice sizers..Lee's quality is slightly less than is expected despite their low cost....however the Lee's lend themselves well to tweaking.... emery paper inserted into a split dowel and spun in a Lee sizer will get you a slightly larger or really larger sizing die AND will polish up the inside..I've done it with several and gotten sizes I couldn't buy...ie: .308 to .3095

I'm a fan of the NOE system.

Some of thise tackle boxes have a built in rust protector, or you could just keep them oiled up and degrease before using

NOE has some really innovative tooling that fills gaps in the cast bullet hobby world very well. I don't use the Lee sizing method (yet), but NOE's gas check flaring tools solved a major headache for me--the problematic interface of fat Lyman shanks with thick Hornady checks, esp. in 30 and 35 calibers. Every tool I have seen from Al's shop has been first-quality, including the company's moulds. We are truly living in the Golden Age Of Bullet Casting, thanks in no small part to the efforts and visions of small semi-custom shops like NOE.

In that Plano box w/ a coating of Ballistol on them. Don't think you can see it in the pic. But I made the mistake of putting some of them in the box right after getting them. There was no oil on them and they rusted quickly. A brass brush cleaned them up. Luckily they didn't rust on the sizing portion.
