Bought a used mold a while back that had been fairly well abused. Though couldn't connect on toll free line (always busy), no trouble on the direct dial.
Said I'd like to buy some replacement parts for this second-hand mold...
The parts were sent no charge... Nice people to do business with...

They are good folks at RCBS! A little slow to ship sometimes but they always come through. ....Buck

Quite different from the response I got from Lee recently. I emailed them to ask about getting a replacement for the broken decapping pin in a 35 Rem die set of their make. They said to return the part and if still under warranty and found defective, they would replace it at no charge. Maybe if I'd called and spoke to someone in person, I'd have gotten a different result. It's a stinking $3 part. I suppose I could just order one, but by the time I pay for it and the shipping, I'll have half the price of a new die set spent. Maybe I'll go ahead and send the broken one in just to see how they handle it.
