I've found nothing better in my .35 Whelen AI than VVN-540. And it's REALLY clean burning, too! Good powder, but kind'a pricey. Not sure if it's import duties that make this so, or if they just use a more expensive process to make it, but if you haven't tried any of their powders, and get a good chance to do so, give 'em a whirl! You may very well be glad you did. I sure was in my .35!
