This is a four cavity, 200gr, .430, wad cutter designed by GAR. I bought it from GAR about 30 years ago. No box, or papers. It has no rust or abuse. New, this costs 111.00 at Midway before shipping. I'll sell it for $75.00, shipped, by USPS flat priority flat rate box. No handles.
