View Full Version : WTS: Beretta 92 auction sale

I'm putting this pistol up for a friend. It is a well-used 92, European model. That means the mag release is in the lower left grip, not under the trigger guard like we're used to here.

Pistol is very smooth, with a nice trigger both single and double action. Shoots about four inches high at 25 yards. With a couple different loads I could get two, two and a half inch groups. Feeds and functions like a Beretta should. Only has one mag. I'm told, but I haven't tried it so don't know for sure that if one was to cut a notch to match the side mag release into a standard 92 mag it'll work fine in this pistol.

It's not pretty! In the bore, there is some light pitting in the grooves for it's full length. I'd say it's been shot quite a bit, and carried even more. Lots of history, but I can't get it to tell any of it.

The pictures don't lie. Finish is worn, but it's a shooter and I'd say it's got lots of life left. 9mm, of course.

The terms:

The auction runs until 10 am June the nineteenth Central time. The starting bid is $240, shipped anywhere in the US it's legal to do so. Please do not bid if you can't legally own the pistol and/or mag for any reason. You're responsible for this, not us or the site. Ships from an FFL to your FFL.

What you see is what you get. We're not trying to pull anything here and we want you to be happy but it is sold as is. All the issues we know of I've told you about.

Thanks for looking.

My apologies for posting, but did want to submit some helpful info re: mags on this pistol. Yes I have added the notch to standard M92 mags and they work great in my 92S. Better yet, the (high quality) Taurus M92 mags have both release notches present, so they are an excellent & inexpensive option as well. Hope this helps,
