What are your thoughts about using Longshot powder for 357 cast loads in a Henry leve

I have a bunch of it I haven't used yet, and I'm low on h110 and 296. Would it work ok? The reading I'm doing shows it seems to work best towards the upper end of charge weights. I'm using Lee's 158 grain cast slugs.

You won't get the velocity of a true magnum powder but it should work well in unique powder class loads. Take a look at Hodgdons website to get an idea of velocity differences.

I see what you mean. Wasn't using the site the right way to view all the powder listings.
