Fed Ex dropped this off on my door step today. The early turret (1954-1957) presses were marked 243, until Winchester begin selling a 243 caliber rifle, then the number became 234. (It still adds up to 12).
It is in really nice shape for its age, a sign of an organized reloading room.

But what is significant is the primer catcher and primer arm. They are the extremely rare Ultra accessories that can be seen in a full page ad in the 1st edition Handloader's Digest. Also offered were 12 station conversions ans a wood block to bring the press to vertical mount.

In my years of collecting, and talking to collectors this is the first Ultra I have seen.
The primer arm has to be changed to clear the snout on the catcher. The Ultra arm is aluminum and was offered for sale as a separate item. Should you ever encounter one.
