Shot pins last Thursday.
Am using .45 Colt RNFP 255grain boolits, 4.8 grains Titegroup. Para Ord P-14. Used a lot of advice and tips from you guys.
There were twenty of us shooting.
I shot better than nineteen of them.

Woo Hoo. winning feels sooooo good.
Also, how do you keep your hands from shaking while loading magazines. :-D
I want to thank all who shared their knowledge.

Pin shooting is indeed a challenge!
Good hearing your results.
Waaaay to go.
As long as you can load, and feed the mags, who cares if you shake? You earned it.

Congrats! That is the same boolit I used when I used to shoot pins:drinks: Lots of practice then the shaking come after your done shootin. I wish someone made a mold like the 429303 (pointed boolit) I think it would be great for pins. Usin a P-14 I wouldn't think you would need a mag change.

Rules are, can only load six in a magazine, can use three mags. That's to make it more fair for the wheel gun users. We don't have enough shooters to separate the 1911 and revolter users.
Would be funner to load the 15 shot mag full up, wouldn't it?
I watched Jerry Miculeck machine gun the .45 auto, 650 RPM. What fun. I may have to learn how to do that.:Fire:

the load you are using has won a ton of bowling pin matches.
the shaking goes away in 20-30 years.
