Anyone have Handloader #219?

Stan T. wrote an article on the .218 Mashburn in #219 , Nov 2002. It's one of the ones I don't have. I'll order a back copy if it's available but was wondering if anyone might have it to zerox or send electronically. Id sure appreciate it, I'd like to get the little beast running quickly.
