A couple of weeks ago tarbe posted that he had picked up some molds and had a question about a couple.
One of those molds was a Lee 170 gr .40 cal HP.
I expressed an interest in the mold and tarbe contacted me.
A deal was reached in which he gave a brother Marine a screaming deal on the mold.
I managed to get out to the casting bench today...four days after the second surgery on my taint this month.
I cleaned up the mold, lubed it, did three casts to warm it up and then did over 300 boolits. Out of that run there were six rejects.

I've really been wanting a HP mold for my 10mm pistols. This is IT. Now I need to get them coated, sized, and loaded. I hope to get to the range late next week to try them out.
