I have this item recently, pretty sure it has something to do with fishing, fly tying perhaps. If anyone can recognize it and wants it I will ship it to your FOC.

Hope someone can identify it.

It came from "Cabelas Sidney, NB" and has this number on it "SCF 2"

I searched Cabelas site and found nothing.
