Hopefully, Andy's record of cramming the misnamed "Safe Act" down the throats of NY citizens will make the nation leary of giving him any larger opportunities.

Just another example of the "left" and their desire to not only disarm America, but make it a Socialist State where the Governnebt "rules all". They want the laws that they back enforced but refuse to enforce laws they disagree with. A sad state of affairs and while it may be a bit harsh, I believe they are all "traitors". And . . the voters keep putting slime like this back in office. It is fine to "disagree" and have "different opinions" . . .but actions such as this just go to prove how bad things have gotten. And if this goes to court, I would imagine the cards will be stacked against the individual whose rights were truly ignored. What the #@$%# ever happened to "common sense"?

Well now that they have ms13, Mexican Maffia and what ever other gangs under control and no known terrorists and no known drug dealers and their huge per capital of missing children all fully sorted out they have lots of time for busting a guy with a 7 round magazine or selling lose cigarettes or buying a sugary drink......
