RCBS Excellent Customer service

I would like to pass on my thanks to rcbs for their excellent customer service.
I am in Vegas for a convention next week and contacted RCBS for some re-furb parts for one of my RCBS moulds and asked if they would forward to my hotel so I could carry them home.
Not only were they happy to do so but they informed me there would be no charge for the parts as they would be covered under warranty. This mould is about twenty years old?? I imformed them of this, but still no charge.
Hard to argue with their after sales service!! Peter.

I screw up a lot of stuff, but they don't seem to mind... Probably have my name and address on red alert!

I have heard the same thing about RCBS customer service time and time again. It doesn't seem to matter how old the product is, or even the circumstances that led to the product being in an unworkable state - they'll stand behind it, no questions asked. That's the kind of No-BS customer service I want in my reloading products and they are on my short list of brands I'll look for when obtaining new gear.
