I had to have that stuff but could not find a vendor. So you know me folks. I got out the dremel and got to work. Mine are not quite as stable. Still black and white but I got it down so I can fit one in a 22lr now. I was going to buy a shooting chronograph but this cam has a more reliable calculation of the speed. Plus you can see the the flight path. I haven't shot any squirrels with it yet. Any of you guys have bullet cam videos of getting game?

If you were to round the ends a bit you could take orally for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Cheaper and a bit more dignified.

This has the smell of a 4/1 joke.

Time will tell.

As a tester for this product I have to say combined with the Israeli corner shot weapon it's vastly superior to a potato gun in a self defense scenario
Although screaming I just fried you sucker after downing a combatant is satisfying

It is a great product...but it is kind of gross with a Texas heart shot.

What amazes me is how they mounted the whole thing on itty bitty ball bearings so the camera didn't spin like the rest of the bullet.

;)

IF this isn't a joke, it would have GREAT military applications. Imagine a Sniper taking a high value target. It'd be nice to have a video to confirm a hit on Mohammed bin Goathumper.

It'd be cool if this is true but it reeks of BS. How does the camera communicate with the phone at long ranges? I can't walk out my front door and keep a dam wifi signal.

Software Indexing Magic Creates Stable, Viewable Image
How is the image viewable though the bullet is spinning at thousands of RPM? The answer is surprisingly simple — and achieved through software. The bullet RPM is referenced by a microprocessor, so the camera’s software simply snaps a picture of the target every few micro-seconds, when the target is in exactly the same orientation. The lens is spinning, but it only captures visual data once every rotation (i.e. image capture is rotationally-indexed). This “stream of stills” is then blended into the video feed. What the viewer sees is a stable movie as though the camera was mounted on a non-rotating, fin-stabilized projectile. This rotationally-sequenced image-capture process made the whole project possible. We’re told that the Pentagon was so impressed with the technology that it is looking to fit Bullet-Cams into a variety of spin-stabilized ordnance, including artillery shells and large-caliber (.50 BMG) sniper rounds.

Accurate Shooters site has the best April fools. This one may top the golf ball divots. That one made it into both the print and TV media.

They have that already, I had to swallow a camera because my colon is to long to image all from the exit port... wore a recorder around my waist for 48 hours...

It's nice they shot it out of a smoothbore but amazing it went as straight as it did for as far as it did. You would get awful dizzy at 1-10" twist...

Its all in the software. The camera takes ten milion photos a second, uploads it in a few milliseconds and is processed on your phone.

Sent this video link my dad on April fools day, and he sent back a text saying "Not a hoax, just saw these in Cabela's!" I said, wait, what!? He then sent one back saying Gotcha!

And you'd think I could trust my own father...
