Size matters????

What, if any, would be the effect of a Boolet .001 larger ???
My slugg tells me it wants a .313 boolet. All i have is a .314 sizer.

Go for it....314 should work fine in 313 bore. See how it shoots.
.001 or .002 larger than bore size is frequently recommended.
Rifle or Revolver ? If revolver, the cylinder throat is going to determine the size of the bullet before it hits the barrel.

the barrel don't matter [unless it has tight/loose spots] the throat will funnel everything down to size anyway.
